Doing the Useful Things That I Can Reach

I said earlier on Twitter:
OK, things are at the point where I should let you know:
My father is terminally ill and in the palliative care stage.
Please forgive me if I miss something I should reply to, and feel free to poke me or DM me or email me about it; I will be grateful for the reminder.
This post is about practical matters, and handling my stresses so I can support my sister who is doing the hard work on the scene.
I will be around and doing my best to keep up with the order queue. So far, so good, except for them not picking up yesterday or today, but I have hopes they'll get it soon. (My local station is a little short-handed. They're really good and I love them though.) And of course the usual end-of-the-year "You Know How I Get" clearance sale will happen.
In addition to that, I've been putting a lot of things up on eBay. All the model railroading goodies are already gone, but there are other things going up all the time. The goblincore and gothy goodies have started going up today, and there are many more coming. There's a reason Lois McMaster Bujold saw my attic and said that it really is the Attics of Vorkosigan House. I'm selling some treasures from it now, including queer history stuff and a lot of comix and comics. I'm lioness_online there. Let me know if you are hoping for something particular.
Not to put too fine a point on it, I need to keep working and earning, for lo, the bills they are fierce and so is various paperwork, and it's gotta get handled. So if you can point people at my shop, and at the clearance sale when it happens, and at my BPAL sale thing, and at the eBay treasures, and at my Patreon where for a buck people can get writing prompts every month and right now hear a bunch of stories because that's what I'm doing there.
If you live in Minneapolis and are willing to pick up things for me, I have a couple of errands, mostly for frivolous things to eat. I am getting through all this on good pastry and stubborn tenacity and a great deal of appreciation for my sister and my friends, who are all awesome.
Thank you for being awesome.
