Sharmon like shelling and when she sees seashells
She gets excited somewhere there might be shells
She’s in the water or up on the sand
Showing us treasures she holds in her hand

Florida fighting conchs bring on the thrills

This is my filk for the third day of communal_creators which is turning out to be good fun. Also, this time I started earlier in the day by at least a few hours. :-)

I love words. Also scansion. And there's a really nifty flow state where all the phrases and words sort of float in the air and then start assembling themselves into blocks, kinda.

It's worth checking out. The love she has for the shells and the beach critters is simultaneously delightful and soothing.

Right now she's doing some fundraiser videos to help her local elementary school there in Fort Myers, which got hit hard by the hurricane last year, so be aware some videos are showing what's in the auction, rather than being shelling videos. That said, maybe check out the auction ones? I love that she's helping in her community, and obviously a bunch of artists who donated work love that too.
